FLASH!!!!  Boston Blue Boy was just named 2003 AQHA WORLD CHAMPION Amateur Heeling Horse at Oklahoma City!!!!!    He is going back to the WORLD in 2004!!!!

FLASH -- AGAIN!!!   Blue Boy was just named World Champion Amateur Heeling horse for the 2nd year in a row.    He also placed 3rd in the World in Amateur Heading.   CONGRATULATIONS -- GREAT JOB!!!  BLUE BOY now has over 1000 AQHA points in 3 Open and 4 Amateur events!!!

Andi purchased her second horse from us, a gorgeous palomino filly, from Call Him The Flash's first foal crop.   She is in reining training with Dean Latimer and he just loves her.   We look for great things from this filly. 

He was used on a big ranch for 1 1/2 years before we got him.  He had sorted and doctored a lot of cattle and had been used to 'flag' ropings by a rodeo/roping judge.    He would make a really nice team penning or cowhorse and is already as good a trail  and pasture horse as you can find at 3 or 4 times the price.

This is a very nice looking and very correct gelding.    He is gentle and well started under saddle.   He has been trail ridden for a year and is absolutely gentle for anyone to take on.   He is as solid as a 3 year old can get on the trail.

DRIFTERS BARTENDER -- 2002 Grullo - (possibly turning gray) gelding - Sire: War Chiefs Pride (Drifter),  Dam: own daughter of Barts Bartender, a Pitzer bred stallion with AQHA points in 5 events, a PRCA money winner roping and an ROM sire.  

An absolutely stunning gelding, well broke under saddle and riding like a 5 year old.   Takes out trail rides and gathers cattle in the pasture like an old horse.   He won the yearling stakes class at last year's fall Oklahoma Foundation FQHR Show and won every class this year at the big Oklahoma Foundation shows in May and June.    He is the right kind and gentle enough for ANY rider.   He is absolutely correct and is 100% sound and 100% solid in every way and gentle for any rider.   He is as close to 'bomb-proof' as any young horse gets.  He has carried numerous children and inexperienced riders on trail rides this summer.     He has NO holes in him - he is 100% OK!    .    He has a 2 year old full brother (2-A on the gelding page) that is identical to him and just as good.

HOLIDUN DOC - 1999 DUN GELDING - Sire:  Holidoc, NCHA earner of over $125,000.00 and the sire of money earners of over $700,000.00 in the NCHA, NRCHA and the NRHA.  Dam:  Bay Elegance.  She is also the dam of Classical Silver.    Her background and record can be found in detail on the main page.   This is a big, stout, good looking 5 YEAR OLD that is 15.3 and will weighs 1250# now.    He is gentle enough for the grand kids to ride, fast enough to catch rank cattle and trained enough to sort and pen  at any level and a really great turnback horse.  He is a 'bomb-proof' trail horse that we put novice riders on with their young children because he is the safest one we can put them on.   He goes absolutely anywhere safely!

GOLDIES PEACH  - 1992 PALOMINO  MARE - Sire: Bar Gemini Lou, a grandson of Three Bars and Sugar Bars.  Dam: Miss Nifty Bubble, a granddaughter of Poco Feed by Poco Bueno and Nifty Pep.  This dark golden palomino mare is absolutely gorgeous.  She is doll headed, straight and correct, very heavy muscled and the prettiest mare you will ever see.   She could have been a show mare!   She is vet checked for an April 1, 2004 foal to Call Him The Flash 

BREEZYS FANCY JAC - 1997 DUN MARE  -- Sire  Mr. Holly Jac, own son of Hollywood Jac 86.  He has NRHA earnings and AQHA Reining points.  Dam:  Bobs Breezy Bar.  "JACCI" is an absolutely gorgeous dun mare with a flaxen mane and tail, huge hip and baby doll head.  She has had 2 years of professional training for reining, working cowhorse and roping.   Her owner decided to breed & sell her rather than show her, but she could go to the show ring.  She is 100% sound.   She had a May foal by AQHA Performance Champion, FRECKLE DOCTOR, an own son of Colonel Freckles out of a Doc Tari mare with AQHA points in 9 events with 3 OPEN Superiors in Working Cowhorse, Heeling and Calf Roping.    We would like to keep her 2003 red dun filly, but would price her to a show home.   Breezy has been re-bred to Flash.   This mare has had over $12,000.00 of cowhorse and reining training.   This mare really rides and could still be shown.   She rides gentle enough for an inexperienced rider.    She is vet checked for an April 1, 2004 foal to Call Him The Flash.  We can't wait to see Nicky's  2004 foals by Flash!!!

CHIEF BARTENDER, is sired by War Chiefs Pride (Drifter) and was foaled in the UK to Susies Bartender (below) and was purchased from Pat and Graham Evans by Marian Burns.  He has been shown in several AQHA shows in Great Britain and is the British Champion Yearling Stallion for 2003 having won 8 AQHA halter classes.   He was unbeaten in 2004 and was named Grand Champion Stallion several times over stallions from all across Europe.   He was again Champion AQHA Stallion in the UK.    CONGRATULATIONS MARION!!!

DRIFTER DUNIT & GUNNERS SILVER MISS - Both fillies are outstanding and have a great future in Germany.   We wish them the best of luck.

Dunnit is a beautiful mover with a 'pleasure horse' disposition.   This filly will make a supreme versatility horse with the conformation to win at halter, too.   She has placed at every FQHR show for 2 years    Missy is a super trail horse that was 'born broke'.   We know their German owners will be really happy with them.

HES HALF MINE - 1999 dun gelding - 15 hand red dun gelding.  Sire:  High At Last by Highbrow Hickory out of a Smart Little Lena daughter.  Dam:  NCHA COA earning daughter of Doc Per, World Champion earner of over $400,000.00 NCHA and a leading sire.   Second Dam is a granddaughter of Docs Lynx.  You just can't breed them any better that this.   He came out of a divorce so he was behind for a futurity horse.   We have ridden him the last two years here on the ranch and have made him one of the best all-around cow horses you'll find.   He is gentle, likes people and is easy to get along with but much too quick for a beginner.   He is well broke on the ranch and on the trail and is a finished cow horse.     This gelding is very, very cowey and very, very quick.   He  will make you take a hold of the horn just to stay on him.    He would still make a  cutting horse or could go to a team penning or sorting  tomorrow.   He is a really great all-around cow horse!       CONGRATULATIONS!!   In only 30 days, Joel qualified 'Dunnie' for the open WORLD in Team Penning and they just placed 4th in the 2004 AQHA World!!! -- GREAT JOB JOEL!!!!

SHINE LIKE SILVER - 2001 GRAY GELDING.  Sire:  Classical Silver (reference sire).  Dam:  Rose Danna Zanna, own daughter of Zan Parr Bar and producer of several AQHA and NRHA point and money earners (including Call Him The Flash).   

This is an absolutely solid ranch gelding.  He has also been used to give lessons, works cattle and goes all day in the pasture or on the trail.   He has been used to sort calves in the pen.   He has never had a single 'hump' in his back, even after being turned out for months.  He has perfect manners under all circumstances.  He has too big a motor for a timid rider or a beginner but is safe for anyone that can handle the reins and has somewhere to go or something to do.   Since I am still trying to recover my serious injuries, I really don't need him and he only gets ridden now for lessons and by trail riders or when someone needs a horse to sort cattle to ship.  Well, add to that 2 days of roping and sorting calves.    He was used to heel and drag calves to the fire, some weighing 500#+.   These were very big calves and he pulled really hard off the horn.    He had roped a few small calves before that and had been logged a lot, but he pulled harder than the old ranch geldings that the other cowboys were riding.   When Pete gets called out to do day work, he never knows what he and his horse have to do.    He has worked some of the biggest, toughest cattle this fall that he has ever had to handle.    This is too good a young gelding to waste.   Here is your next all-around horse.   He is the right kind to make a $20,000.00 ranch gelding.    He is already a winner in the FQHR Foundation Shows and ready to show in the AQHA Ranch Versatility classes.   He is really solid for a 4 year old.   Under the circumstances, I need the money worse than I need the horse so he is offered for  SOLD!!!  Headed to Georgia.    (Click on little photo for a full sized picture)

  THE SILVER SLIDER – 1998 GRAY STALLION – Sire:  Classical Silver.  Dam: Toms Silver Lady, a daughter of Doc’s Tom Thumb out of a King Ranch mare by Gray King by Wimpy’s Graylake WHO IS OUT of the famous ‘Lady of the Lake’.   This young stallion is a good looking horse that should be homozygous for the color  gray.  This means that he will produce 100% gray offspring bred to any color mare.   He will make a cutting horse or put ‘cow’, ability, breeding, and gray color in any set of broodmares.    We hear that the Evans' trainer has put 'Slider' back on cattle and is really excited about him.

TJS LIL AMBER - 1996 Gray APHA Breeding Stock mare - Jetalito - Zan Parr Bar - Two Eyed Jack.    She is about the most 'usable' ranch horse or trail horse you will ever ride.  In between all the 'work' she does, she is ridden by the kids and used in our trail rides.   Amber is very 'quick footed' and is an excellent ranch cutting and sorting horse with a whole lot of 'handle'.   We bred her to 'Flash'  and she had a gorgeous 'cropout paint filly in March, 2004.    (Brian came back and bought two more horses.  Congratulations again!)

On her purchase of TABS THISTLE - 1997 Sorrel gelding.   This pretty gelding is a true 'ranchbroke gelding'.  He spent his whole life working on a 25,000 acre cattle ranch.   He did everything on the ranch from sorting and penning cattle to roping and dragging calves to the branding fire.   Now he will be a ranch horse and family horse for the Haffners.

On her purchase of SILVER HEARTTHROB - 2000 GRAY STALLION – AQHA Incentive Fund – Sire: Classical Silver.  Dam: Rose Dana Zanna.   She is also the dam of our reining stallion, CALL HIM THE FLASH.  This beautiful gray colt is definitely a stud prospect.   He is big, perfectly straight and well balanced, has a lot of muscle and a beautiful head and neck.  He is heavy boned and good footed.  He is really well mannered and very laid back.  He is pretty un-shakable.   He has it all, wrapped in a gray package.  Good luck Ashley.  WOW!!  Ashley brought Heartthrob to the September QkFQHR show where he won the 2 year old stallion class.  She rode him in the walk/trot class and he rode like a 5 year old.  Great job Ashley!

On her purchase of BERTS STAREU TU  - 1989 BROWN MARE – NFQHA registered @ 94% foundation.  Sire: Bee Bert Last, a grandson of Bert and Guthrie Double Star.  Dam: Deck Star Tu, an own daughter of Super’s Revenue and Deck Star, sister to Star Deck.  These are the horses that made Ed Bottom and Lucky Star Mac famous in cutting and made the Fisher Ranch famous for producing World Champion PRCA roping horses.  This mare is extremely good looking and is one of the thickest and heaviest muscled horses on the place.  She is very well trained, has been roped off of and had been used by the 1998 Miss Rodeo Oklahoma to win the horsemanship phase of the contest and go on to will the title.   She is pictured below with her 2000 filly. at her side. She is due to foal in March, 2002 to War Chiefs Pride.    We wish karen and her son the best with Star.

On their purchase of Guns Of Marietta.  We really hated to sell 'Gunner' but could not do him justice.   We have decided to keep his fillies for the time being and know Jim will be happy with the babies he gets.   Jim raises top Foundation bred cowhorses that have been ridden by PRCA Champion ropers and other professional cowboys.  Gunner should fit their program perfectly.  Good Luck!

              On their purchase of SENBARS BILL, already a winner in team sorting and ranch cutting for his new owners.  “Bill” placed at Grand Island at the FQHR Round-up in 2000 and will be showing there and at other FQHR shows in 2001.  This buckskin grandson of Cutter Bill is a supreme cowhorse and most recently has FQHR wins in speed events.  Bill is proving to be a versatile performer for the Kleensangs.  Congratulations!   Most recently, we have been told that "Bill" carried a youth rider to the HIGH POINT YOUTH at the 2002 FQHR Round-up in Nebraska.

          On their purchase of DOCS STONY BARS.  This good looking FQHR registered sorrel mare had also started out in the cutting pen and then worked two years sorting, penning, roping, and doctoring cattle on the ranch.  Stony had been used to do everything on the ranch that a horse can do and had been shown in ‘ranch horse’ competitions.  She will anchor the Graham’s Foundation horse breeding program in the United Kingdom.  We wish them the best.

          On her purchase of BARBS POCOPEPPY, paint grandson of Peponita.  He was ranch ridden for a year before going to California.  Andi loves him dearly and says he is one of the smartest horses she has ever had.  He is headed to reined cowhorse competition on the West Coast.  We wish them luck and know we’ll be hearing more from them.
