2004 FOALS |
This is an outstanding set of foals. We have ridden enough of their brothers and sisters and their dams that we know they will be easy to train, will be natural cow horses, will stay sound and will do anything you want them to do. All the chance is taken out of buying them because we have trained all of their relatives. We KNOW they will ride. All horses are not created equal -- some are a lot more equal than others!! | 1-F} LADY FLASHY ONE -- 2002 SORREL FILLY - Sire: Call Him The Flash. Dam: One Bay Lady, AQHA Amateur Champion Producer and dam of 3 ROM Performers. This filly is big and elegant. She is a pretty mover and has a very 'people friendly' disposition. She was ground driven and ridden several times last fall. She rode very gentle and really wants to please. She is the first one to greet you at the pasture gate. She is ready to go on in her training as soon as the weather improves. She needs a show home. Only $2500.00 until we are able to ride her again. | |

| 2-F} DRIFTIN COWBOY BLUES -- 2004 GRAY (ROAN) GELDING -- Sire: Drifter . Dam: Elegant Blues. This is a big stout roan gelding. He is registered gray but may stay roan. This gelding is bigger and plainer than his 4 full brothers and sisters. He looks like a big 'Hancock' bred gelding like those they raise up North. He will mature at least 15.2 and will sure do a day's work for someone. $1500.00 before we start him. He WILL ride. | |
| 3-F} FLASHY BLUE SLIDER - 2002 GREY GELDING - Sire: Call Him The Flash. Dam: Classy Good Girl. Very pretty and correct colt. Really big and stout gelding. He will mature over 15 hands. He is a super performance prospect and would be a great roping horse. This mare's foals have been sold to reiners, ropers and pleasure riders. They have all liked them. They are big, flashy and are easy to train. $2000.00 | |

| 4-F} BUNKHOUSE PRIDE - SORREL 2004 GELDING - Sire: War Chiefs Pride (Drifter). Dam: Bunkhouse Priss. This is a very correct and stout made colt. His dam is a Classical Silver daughter out of a King Ranch bred Peppy / Wimpy / Leo mare. She raises some of the best using horses. This colt is correct and pretty enough to show at the 'Foundation' shows. He will mature 15 hands and will be really thick and stout. $1500.00 now. | |

| 5-F} CLASSY EL POCO - BAY GELDING - Sire: Classical Silver. Dam: Lady Alejo Sassy. Sassy was purchased from the Waggoner Ranch (of Poco Bueno fame) because they could not get her in foal. (Otherwise they said they never would have sold her.) She has produced several proven sons and daughters including one in Europe with numerous AQHA points and wins. She has raised 4 really outstanding foals for us. This big colt has roan in his flanks and chest. (the 'rabicano' gene.) He was nice enough to be a stallion prospect, but we thought he would make a world class gelding. He is absolutely outstanding in every way. He is gentle and has been saddled (with absolutely NO buck or spook) and is ready to start riding. $2500.00 (Watch for current photos.) | |

| 6-F} STORMY FLASH- BAY GELDING - Sire: Call Him The Flash. Dam: Berts Classical Star. This is really classy colt with excellent conformation. He should be big and stout and able to do anything. He is cute headed, big hipped and absolutely correct. He has been ridden a lot here on the ranch and to lead trail rides. He was ridden by a ranch cowboy for 2 months on a 5000 acre ranch. This is a true reining and working cowhorse prospect. He is one of the quickest footed horses we have started. This horse is a fantastic athlete. He is not for everyone. He has absolutely no buck in him, but he will get out from under someone that is not a good cowhorse rider. I would love to finish and show him, but I am afraid I can't ride won as good as him any more. $3500.00 now. | |
